Another great, simple way to give your metabolism a much needed boost is with a detox bath. Not only will it give you some time to relax and release stress, but it will also promote and support a healthy metabolism by helping to draw toxins from your body.
Try this recipe for a little ALL OVER DETOXIFICATION.
SLIM DOWN DETOX BATH RECIPE
• 1 c. Baking Soda
• 2 c. Epsom Salt
• 2 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil
• 15 drops METABOLIC BLEND
In a small bowl, combine Baking Soda and Epsom Salt, stirring until completely mixed. Add in the Fractionated Coconut Oil and METABOLIC BLEND, stirring well to ensure ingredients are thoroughly combined. Store the mixture in an airtight, glass jar until ready to use. To use: Add two tablespoons under the running water while filling your bath. Relax and soak for at least 10 minutes, with 20 minutes being the ideal. Once you are finished, rinse off with cool water.
TIP: The hotter the water, the better, so run your bath as hot as you can stand to sit in. This will also help you reach the target time of a 20-minute soak without the water cooling off too quickly. And remember to drink plenty of water after your detox bath!
