STEP 5 – CRAVING CRUNCHER

So your morning is off to a great start after that awesome smoothie, right? But what happens during the day when you start to feel hungry?

Do you grab a quick snack from the vending machine at work? Is it loaded with sugar and preservatives? Is it a not-such-a-great choice for maintaining a healthy diet?

Let’s talk about a couple CRAVING CRUNCHERS to ward off those mid-day sugar hankerings that have you running to that vending machine!
 
CRUSH THAT CRAVING SHOT RECIPE

• 1–2 oz. Water or Juice

• 2 drops METABOLIC BLEND

Add METABOLIC BLEND to water or juice and drink immediately to help curb cravings.

If you don’t have a cup handy to use the shot method, placing two drops of METABOLIC BLEND under your tongue will also help nip untimely cravings in the bud!
