In other words, how about taking a little time the night before to PREPARE FOR A SENSATIONAL DAY?
START YOUR DAY RIGHT OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
• 1/4 c. Greek Yogurt
• 1/3 c. Almond Milk
• 1/2 c. Old Fashioned Oats
• 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
• 1 tsp. Flax Seeds
• Fresh Fruit
• 2 drops METABOLIC BLEND
Combine Yogurt and Almond Milk in a glass jar, stirring well to combine. Add METABOLIC BLEND and stir again. Add in Oats, Chia Seed, and Flax Seed and stir well. Add Fruit to the top; close the jar, and place in the refrigerator overnight. TIP: adding the Fruit to the jar and letting it sit overnight may cause the Fruit to become slightly soggy; so, if preferred, you can add the Fruit right before you enjoy this quick, healthy start to your day!
