STEP 4 – PREPARE FOR A SENSATIONAL DAY

No time in the morning to prepare your breakfast? Juicing or smoothies aren’t an option?

How about taking five minutes EACH NIGHT, to prepare something that you only need a few minutes EACH MORNING to enjoy, and that will help you start your day on a positive, healthy note?

In other words, how about taking a little time the night before to PREPARE FOR A SENSATIONAL DAY?
 
START YOUR DAY RIGHT OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

• 1/4 c. Greek Yogurt

• 1/3 c. Almond Milk

• 1/2 c. Old Fashioned Oats

• 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
• 1 tsp. Flax Seeds
• Fresh Fruit
• 2 drops METABOLIC BLEND

Combine Yogurt and Almond Milk in a glass jar, stirring well to combine. Add METABOLIC BLEND and stir again. Add in Oats, Chia Seed, and Flax Seed and stir well. Add Fruit to the top; close the jar, and place in the refrigerator overnight. TIP: adding the Fruit to the jar and letting it sit overnight may cause the Fruit to become slightly soggy; so, if preferred, you can add the Fruit right before you enjoy this quick, healthy start to your day!
