STEP 11 – NOW THAT’S A WRAP

There are many different products on the market that boast of shrinking your tummy, thighs, underarms, chin, etc. You name it, there’s probably a product designed specifically for that part of your body with the goal of reducing its appearance in some way, shape, or form.

The one drawback for most of these products is that they rely on chemical ingredients to work the magic they claim to be able to perform.
 
This recipe gives you a natural alternative to commercial WRAPS that contain tons of chemicals.

TUCK THAT TUMMY WRAP RECIPE

• 6 tbsp. Solid Coconut Oil
• 6 tbsp. Refined Cocoa Butter

• 6 tbsp. Shea Butter
• 6 tbsp. Sweet Almond Oil

• 10 drops METABOLIC BLEND

• 10 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil

• 7 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 7 drops Geranium Essential Oil
• 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Warm all ingredients except Essential Oils and METABOLIC BLEND until completely melted. Allow cooling until slightly solid, and then blend with a mixer until fluffy. Add Essential Oils and METABOLIC BLEND and whip again. Once combined, place in a small glass jar with airtight lid and place in refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes to an hour or until mixture is completely solid.
 
To use: Massage over abdominal area. Once applied, wrap abdomen with muslin cloth or cheesecloth. Once abdomen is wrapped, apply another wrap of cling wrap or plastic wrap to help keep body heat in the wrapped area and to prevent mixture from soaking through to clothing. Leave abdomen wrapped for 30 minutes, with 45 minutes being the maximum time allowed.
 
If irritation, discomfort, or skin sensitivity occurs, remove wrap immediately and dilute area with carrier oil until discomfort subsides. Then wash with tepid water to completely remove remaining mixture.
